    A short online meeting about your company, your data and what you need. We do our homework in public sources beforehand, and never ask for anything we can find ourselves.

  2. Set-up

    We gather your accounts and the other data your business holds, and bring them together: financial statements from your first year to the last closed year, and a financial model with budgets. It gives you and us the same picture from month one. The set-up is included in the monthly fee.

  3. Ongoing delivery

    Reports, forecasts and follow-up that stay current as new data comes in. A fixed monthly fee for what your company actually needs.

After the discovery meeting you receive a written proposal with the exact scope and price for your company. The price follows your company, not a price list. No surprises, no fine print.

Safe and straightforward

The principles we work by

  • An addition to your accountant No change of systems or accountant. Spectacle draws on the systems you already use, as an addition, not a replacement.
  • Your data stays yours Data is treated as confidential and used only for the work we do for you. The processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement.
  • A person is accountable Our tools do the heavy lifting, but every delivery is reviewed and approved by your adviser before it reaches you. Spectacle is accountable for the quality.
  • Predictable economics A fixed monthly fee for the ongoing delivery. Work beyond the agreed scope is always cleared with you before it is done.

Who is behind it

One adviser, with the capacity of a whole team

Spectacle is developed and run by Spetaclus AS. You deal with one adviser who knows your company and your numbers, not an agency with a rotating team. Behind the adviser is a method and a set of our own tools that do the work of a full finance department. You spend as little time as possible handing over information, and get as much insight as possible in return.
